My Summer Candy

My First Teddy Bo

Good evening folks, hope you are all happy & well. Woohoo! we had some lovely sunshine here today, makes you feel happy when the sun is out doesn't it?

I'm not really sure where the last couple of day have gone, I've been so busy. Me & hubby spent this afternoon in a few pound shops looking for stuff for a beach party BBQ. It's our Daughter's birthday soon and we started off having a BBQ, it has now turned into a beach party with a karaoke & disco. We have managed to find a huge haul of stuff this afternoon, including a couple of paddling pools from the pound shop, which we are going to fill with sand for the kids to play in. Ooh! I can't wait. :o)

Anyhoo! here's the card I made for my lovely hubby for fathers day, I used one of the free stamps in a mag recently. I must say I am loving these gorgeous characters. Although this is my first Teddy Bo, it will definately not be my last.

Pain in the Blogger

Good afternoon folks, hope you are all happy and well. I've not posted anything for a couple of days as I have'nt been able to. I have'nt had a dashboard so have'nt been able to do anything, post, see comments etc.. I've tried for a good few hours to do stuff but kept getting different BX error codes. I've seen over on a google forum that it seems to be an issue with Firefox, so I've now downloaded Chrome, hopefully this will have worked. I felt like chucking my lappy out of the window yesterday.

Anyhoo! it's my turn to do a tutorial over at Little Claire Designs this week. I thought I would do a Wedding shadow box card. Here it is...

A perfect day

Good evening everyone, hope you are all happy & well. Not much in the way of Summer today here, hope that was'nt our lot a fortnight ago.

I had a really great day yesterday at The Stampmagic show at Donny. Spent all day stamping, colouring and making cards and if that was'nt enough to make me happy, I met up with some very lovely blog buddies too. Marjorie, Catherine & Sue it was really great to see you and I hope you all bought loads of scrummy stash. I bought a few things, will show you pics later.  Thank You Catherine for the very beautiful card hun, it has pride of place in my craftroom. 

It's been my last day off today and I've been to the dentist. I had a filling either side of my mouth and the numbness has just wore off, the tooth that was'nt hurting at all before is feeling a bit painful now. Think I need to get some painkillers.
