Good evening everyone. Hope you're all fine and dandy.

We had the most amazing night last night at the Boyzone concert. They were fantastic.  It was very emotional too. Will definately be going to see them again.

I love this Tilda stamp and haven't used her for ages. Coloured her in with Promarkers and Derwent pencils. Used some Kanban card  that I have had for ages and not used. MS punch. Spellbinder dies, a craftwork card sentiment and candy.

It's a great day today over here at my happy place.

I've had a lovely win over at  Sunday Sketch and Stamp . Thank you so much Maggie and the lovely DT team.


I've had a great couple of hours with my daughter and grandson this morning and this afternoon me and hubby are going for a meal, then we're going to watch Boyzone. Ooh! I can't wait!

I made this one using a very cute Fizzy Moon stamp and some Dovecraft papers. I coloured him in with promarkers and Derwent pencils.

Paper Piecing

Fancied a bit of paper piecing with this one as there are quite a few challenges out there.

I coloured this cute Tilda in with Promarkers and Derwent pencils, blended with Sansador. Used some pretty papers from Dovecraft (Tea House), MS Trellis punch and Crafty Cottage scroll die. Added a few flowers, pearls, cute little hat charm and a ribbon, all from stash.

Morning all.  Hope we have a lovely day again today, wasn't it nice to have a sunny day for a change ?

Did'nt end up having  the tooth out, it's still infected. I've got more antibiotics and back in a fortnight. The same tooth on the opposite side is also badly cracked and needs crowning, just under £200. How much stash could I buy with that? lol.

Anyhoo, enough about my piehole.

Wonky Easel ?

Good evening to you all.

How time flies? Halfway through the week off work and not a great deal to show for it. Mind you, the shed's up and I've had a good clear out of all my clothes. So not too bad.

I had a go at doing one of these easel cards, I think they're actually called a twisted easel though, not a wonky one.

I'm going to enjoy a few hours in front of the TV, catching up with  your lovely blogs.

Crafty Cardmakers #40 Fairies and use at least 2 punches

Hi there, we have a fab new challenge for you all over at  Crafty Cardmakers . Gill has chosen this fortnights theme, use fairies and at least 2 punches.

I just loved making this one. I really enjoy making pretty girly cards, so this challenge was right up my street.

I used a very cute LOTV image and coloured her with Promarkers. I added a little Cosmic Twinkles to her wings but it hasn't shown up very well. I used 8 punches in all, 4 Martha Stewart's, 3 Nellie Snellen's and 1 Mc Gill. The papers I used are freebie's that came with a magazine last year. I did a little faux stitching with a pokey tool and a Sakura gel pen. Then added a Craftwork cards sentiment and some dewdrops from stash.

Good afternoon to you all, hope you all enjoyed Valentines evening. Weather's been quite miserable here today, so I used some bright papers to make this one to cheer me up.

I really enjoyed making this one following a fab sketch over at Sunday Sketch and Stamp. for their new challenge.

Hang on!  just remembered, helping Wayne to put up the new shed and do out the garage. In work on Tuesday for some training.  Going to the dentist on the Thursday to have the dead tooth pulled. So most of the week is spoken for.  Will just have to make sure I get lots of playtime in whats left of it.

Did you notice?

..the cat hairs attached to the card candy in the top right hand corner, on yesterdays card. I didn't, until I had already posted it. When I was trying to take the pic, Ely kept knocking over the card whilst trying to get in on the act. His hair gets everywhere and he's a right little pest too. But I do love him and the other little nuisance Saffie.

Anyhoo... hope you're all happy and well and have lovely things planned for the weekend. I'm hoping to have the afternoon tomorrow colouring my new Sassy's in.

Crafty Cardmakers - Hearts

Over at Crafty Cardmakers we have a fab new challenge, Lisa has chosen a lovely theme, just in time for Valentine's Day. The theme is - Hearts.

I just I just couldn't resist using this adorable Mabelle RO couple for this weeks  challenge. I've coloured them with Promarkers and added punched hearts and also a little pearl heart. I used DCWV papers, Martha Stewart & Hobbycraft punches and Spellbinders, labels 1 & classic hearts nesties. The little flower has a touch of Cosmic Twinkles in the centre.

Little Claire Fairy

Stick a fork in me, I'm done. We've just had a massive Sunday dinner and I so enjoyed it. Not been eating much food you have to chew this week because of my tooth.

When we got back from our shed shopping yesterday, the postman had been with a parcel. It was the fab candy I won over at mariannescraftroom. Marianne was so generous and it's a fantastic bag of stash. Thank You again Marianne.

Friday Sketchers # 139

Hi there, hope everyone is well.

I spent most of the day asleep yesterday. Managed to get an to an emergency dentist and had the absess drained  but the tooth is dead so got to have it pulled when the infection has cleared. Feel better today though.

Funny how you miss blogging even when you're not well, what did I do with myself before...
